The expansion is a result of its continued interest in working with the Government of Kazakhstan and other regional interest. The firm opened its first office in Kazakhstan in 2014 in Almaty.

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Thomas A. Cellucci, PhD, MBA was the first American elected to the Board of Directors (Coordination Council) of the Eurasian Economic Club of Scientists Association (EECSA). Cellucci was a guest of the Government of Kazakhstan at the Astana World Economic Forum in 2014.
